Yael Shochat embarked on a unique culinary journey nearly two decades ago when she founded an Israeli Mother Cuisine-themed restaurant in New Zealand. Emphasizing the profound influence of Palestinian cuisine on Israeli culinary traditions, Yael sought to offer New Zealanders an authentic taste of the Middle East.
